The Fort Worth City Council will hold a business meeting at 1 p.m. on Tuesday, August 16, in Room 2020 at City Hall, 200 Texas St.
- Informal relationships: community center management; Monitoring the dredging of ponds and lakes in the parks; Historic cemeteries in Fort Worth; Monthly development activity report; Update on parental leave; Eastern transportation planning projects and sub-regional studies; Non-FEMA Flood Hazard Zone Initiative; Proposed Changes to PID Advisory Board Operating Requirements; Will Rogers Memorial Center Capital Projects Update; Women in Firefighting (Camp Heat).
- Presentations: Update on the future town hall; Culture and Tourism Capital Project Update; Expansion of the Omni Hotel; ARPA Funding Proposal to Reduce Gun Violence; Mining of short-term rental data, registration and zoning options.
