IAAPA Expo Europe heads to London

ExCeL London will host IAAPA Expo Europe from September 12-15, marking the first time the UK has hosted the show since 2011.

As the annual event is the flagship European trade show of the World Association for the Attractions Industry (IAAPA), the 2022 edition will thematically address the recovery of the tourism industry in the Jubilee year of the UK.

This event will showcase the latest trends, innovations and new technologies in the attractions industry. IAAPA Expo Europe is intended to welcome industry professionals across a range of businesses, including amusement and theme parks, zoos and aquariums, family entertainment centers, historic tourist attractions and cultural centers, museums and science centres, shopping malls, hotels and retailers.

IAAPA said 470 exhibitors are currently registered to attend the show. These exhibitors are expected to feature attractions such as rides, virtual reality and motion simulators.

Products also on display include design and theming, food and beverage, health and safety, point of sale, playground equipment, arcades and slots, and swimming pools and equipment. aquatic.

The show said its program is designed to allow visitors to explore the latest industry developments, products and services, while networking with industry peers.

Content for IAAPA Expo Europe will include a four-day educational conference, where speakers will provide their thoughts on sustainability, guest experience, technology and safety.
