Tribute to ABBA goes to Penrith

Penrith music lovers are urged to part ways with their “Money, Money, Money” as an act of popular Abba tribute returns to the region.

Widely regarded as one of the Swedish band’s best tribute groups, ABBA Sensation will perform at the Penrith Playhouse on Saturday, November 13, the same venue where they sold out last year.

The group performs in crowded theaters and festivals across Europe. The audience is promised a breathtaking stage performance, which combines costume changes, lighting effects and faithful reproduction of ABBA sound.

Ensuring an excellent evening of entertainment for all age groups, guests will enjoy the band singing iconic classics such as “Mamma Mia”, “Dancing Queen”, “The Winner Takes It All” and “Waterloo”.

The band loves audience participation, so you can sing along, clap, or even get up and dance. If, however, you are “too fancy” to participate, then no problem, just shake your jewelry!

Please note that concerts by this group tend to sell out very quickly, so please reserve your tickets as soon as possible to have a great night out.

Tickets cost £ 15 and are available by calling the Penrith Tourist / Info Center office 01768 867466 or online at
