True Digital Smart QR Code (DGS), developed by True Digital Group, will allow hotel guests to order food or get room service through their own mobile phones, Piroon said.

For the hotel’s common area, True has partnered with ZTE, a 5G technology solutions provider, to install True 5G fixed wireless access to improve mobile signal speed and strength.

For customers who want health advice from doctors, they can use True 5G x TytoCare, an innovation that combines a first aid health inspection device. They can also speak directly with doctors from their rooms using True Health, a healthcare app.

According to Piroon, True has partnered with Yakko, a tourism business management platform, to facilitate the process of checking tourists with wristbands, as well as self-registration to increase speed and minimize congestion at piers such as Chalong Pier.

There is also a device to locate boats in an emergency or to inform tourists of a meeting place.

In addition, an intelligent data system can collect information about tourists, including their travel dates, nationality, passport and photo, as well as their vaccination data and test results.

True has extended TrueMoney Wallet to stores in tourist destinations to provide cashless service, to avoid physical contact throughout the trip.
